Widget that shows pictures attachements

My members post a tons of pictures in threads as attachements.

I would love to have a widget that could show these pictures based on some criteria.

Exemple: random/most upvoted pictures in these xyz forums for the last x days.

Its just a shame that the pictures are hidden deep in the threads all over.

Or maybe another wideget / full page that shows a mosaic of pictures on the same criteria above.
