I have a user that is getting an error when he checks his Attachments. I logged in as him through the APC and did not see the error message. However, when I actually log out and log in using his U/P I get the Something Went Wrong error message. Error code: EX0

When I look at his attachments he is only using 7.76 MB of unlimited allowance.

He is the only user that I know of having this issue.

Look in the ACP support area. I believe it would log an error there that would contain a more useful set of details of what is going on.

I have created a ticket on this for you, as we will need to take a closer look. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible

He also claims that the GIF and font menu items are not in the editor for him. But I could not replicate that logging in as him or logging in using his U/P. I could access all editor menu options. strange.

I did look at error logs. But I have no idea what I am looking for.

Please feel free to add that to the ticket, but its unlikely those are related

Will do.

I suspect he is using an older browser or maybe even IE. It's hard to say. When I ask him what browser he is using, he didn't know what that meant. Also, there seems to be some confusion in my community as to what "desktop vs mobile" means. 😮

If he is using IE that will indeed cause issues, as its no longer supported

I have just confirmed that he is using Microsoft Edge for a browser on a laptop.

I cannot replicate the missing icons in the editor. He has already cleared his cache and history.

Unfortunately if only he can replicate it on his own end, there isnt much we can do to really resolve that

By the way, if it is happening for only that user...  it is possible there is a firewall or other security device running on their computer or on their home network that is blocking this.

You might suggest they try from a different computer or via a mobile device while at a location like Starbucks, etc.

So it seems he resized his browser (zoom) and that's why the menu items were missing. The editor was showing the options set for medium.

Glad to hear you were able to find out why it was happening. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

That does not explain why he gets the attachment error when he logs in but not when I log in AS him. But, when I actually log in as him using his u/p I DO get the error message.

It doesnt, however as mentioned in your ticket, that one is a bug that will be resolved in a future release
