We have a security certificate and all pages work if you manually change the url to https, but all of our internal links are set to http instead of https.  How can we set all internal urls to https?

I'm not able to find our conf_global.php file.  Is this only accessible using FTP?

 

Yes, you need FTP to edit that file. Or any file manager included in your server's control panel (cPanel, Webmin, etc).
