I'm having an issue where I create an event and the digest that gets emailed out has a different time on it than the event was created with.

This is the event that was created:

Could contain: Text, Alphabet, Word

This is the digest email:

Could contain: Text, Number, Symbol, Home Decor

Why would the time in the email notification/digest be different? How can this be fixed?

Is the user who received the email in a different time zone than yourself thus creating the change?

Are you able to provide us a link to the event? (feel free to do so via a message if you don't want to share publicly.)

It's a private community so I don't know that a link will help without setting someone up as a user. I'm happy to create an account for you so you can see it.

I'm the one getting the email and I'm in the same time zone as the person creating the event... and the event itself.

We would indeed need an admin account to be set up on file so we can look into this. If you would let us know your username, what you are seeing, what you are expecting to see, and a link to the item, we can then take a closer look for you

I sent you the info for your admin account in a PM.

Please do not send credentials via PM but rather add them to the Client Area so that any technician can assist you.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

There will be specific fields for your administrator login, please utilize those as it will provide the most security 🙂 . However, I am not seeing any credentials on file for your license.

Unfortunately, we do not have that on file for the 2 licenses which you have with us on file. Could you please verify that you're logged in under the same account and saving this field?
