Hi, there any resource or tips to adjust club page as landingpage of club? 

Are you attempting to make a page the default page when going to a Club instead of the "Overview" page? If so, I'm afraid, there is no way to do this in the core software and it would require a customization.

You're welcome to provide your suggestion though for a future release in our official Feature Suggestion forum.

I mean with ability to adding widget as IPS Pages, making it more beautiful, because the club page and mentioned app is the same...only come with developer level, html... 

There is no way in which to do what you are asking there without modification to the platform at present
