Parker White Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 Hello, ive recently had a few customers being charged twice for one payment of products. Same time, same charge just two charges. Ive been having this issue since the big outage for payments a few days ago. Any guidance would be awesome!

This just started happening this morning!

Parker White Posted July 9, 2022 Author Posted July 9, 2022 Hey sorry for the delay response. I have two more today. Both people today have been charged twice on their credit card statements and both people have one successful payment each and one “uncaptured” payment on my stripe payments.
Jim M Posted July 9, 2022 Posted July 9, 2022 Could you please confirm those invoice IDs from today? From invoice 149, I am seeing only one transaction here so I would like to get a larger sample size. Additionally, I am seeing that you are utilizing several third-party add-ons which interact with Commerce. I would suggest disabling them all to see if it is related. Additionally, you are not on the latest release so that is something which upgrading may assist you with.
