Hello, ive recently had a few customers being charged twice for one payment of products. Same time, same charge just two charges. Ive been having this issue since the big outage for payments a few days ago. Any guidance would be awesome!

Marc, I’m also having a new issue today that when someone purchase a key, it sends them anywhere from 1- 5 keys. This just started happening this morning!

If the IPS4 charged twice then sent two keys also.

It’s only charging once, but five keys were associated with it, then the next time 2 keys were associated with one purchase

Sorry, could I just confirm here, are they all paid and pending? By this, I mean have the customers not actually been charged twice?

Hey sorry for the delay response. I have two more today. Both people today have been charged twice on their credit card statements and both people have one successful payment each and one “uncaptured” payment on my stripe payments.

Could you please confirm those invoice IDs from today?

From invoice 149, I am seeing only one transaction here so I would like to get a larger sample size.

Additionally, I am seeing that you are utilizing several third-party add-ons which interact with Commerce. I would suggest disabling them all to see if it is related. Additionally, you are not on the latest release so that is something which upgrading may assist you with.
