Similar error in dashboard  after admin access.

I should point out that the website ran out of space and now that I fixed that error, this happens.

[[Template core/front/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Do this:

• repeat that error,
• open core_log sql table and paste here newest (latest) log content.

 

We'll see what's going on.

The site is still offline, what happened to the technical support? Before, they attended to customers by ticket, now the attention to problems is in public and with delays in attention.

Your third party chatbox application is what is causing the issue according to the error message.  If you cannot login to the ACP, you can attempt to use recovery mode to disable 3rd party applications/plugins so you can login again.

Can you update your FTP details on file, and I can take a look. I just tried to gain access but the authentication details have changed.

Ok, I've run recovery mode, cleared your caches and switched the chatbox back online. Your site is now operating normally.

How can I apply the solution if I can't log  to the ACP ?

@Daniel F I was able to enter with the option define('RECOVERY_MODE',True); in constants.php.  the site is operational again, thank you
