Hello,

I am suggestion this feature:

1. A user should be able to delete his account
2. Alternatively, the user should be able to request a deletion from the administrator

This is something that should be built-in the core. Users will have an option to disable/delete an account. It's the normal behaviour, like adding a new user or editing it.

This is not possible at present, only via a plugin created by Adriano Faria.
