I don't think you could restore deleted content if it's deleted from the acp. Just in case visit your moderator cp www.example.com/modcp/reports/ and click on deleted content. Maybe it will be there but I doubt considering you deleted the content from you acp.

Unless you have a back up I don't think that you'll be able to recover them.

What does not display? Do you see the page but there is no content, or you do not see the page at all?

Do you have a recent database backup from before you deleted the forum?

P.s. Talking to you here is like is like pulling teeth btw.  You are not at the dentist office here you know 😄
