Lost admincp access and site is off with error at the moment

Hi,

At the moment can not access the site as well the admincp with this error for the admincp link:

"Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme."

The problem while I was installing a plugin my internet had a proble,

Try the RECOVERY mode.
