Posted January 11, 20223 yr When I have no filters except for a specific group in Bulk Mail filtering I get the group I expect. When I select "Not a Spammer" it removes 5 members that are not flagged as spammers. If it select only the Spammer filter, I get the error that the email will not be sent to any users.
January 11, 20223 yr Community Expert I would need a more specific example, and the exact filters being used. If you can screenshot the whole of the filters page, and let me have at least 1 of those members names who dont appear, I can then investigate for you.

January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert If you mean creating the temp admin account, I just did that. If you created an IPS Temp Admin account, you will need to copy the details in the Client Area access details area. The admin credentials that are there now is not for the IPS Temp Admin account.
