Hello, 

Our forum have lots of sections. 
I would like to create a generic plugin (I am finished with custom theme development that is impractical on updates) that allow, on the forum home page to search sections.

The plugins simply shows a search box on the homepage and an "auto complete" dropdown that allow to select and be redirected to a section.

It must be translatable in french.

I am able to pay for that development. I would of course prefer devs located in France or EU.

Not exactly what you want but here goes two suggestions to make navigation easier and faster:

With the second one you can create tabs and add forums on it according to interests, etc.
