We have been using Ipboard since January 2016. 

I wanted to edit "registration is complete" email template, but I couldn't find it in the email templates.

So I wrote to support but they told me to buy extra support for it. Why should I get extra support for something so simple?

Email templates section have many templates, but why no template for email content sent to new members?

Unless I'm missing something here, it is in the email templates listing:

Click the pencil to edit the template - dive on in and edit the html, or look at the language strings used and modify the language strings in your languages.
