Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted June 27, 20213 yr Hello, can someone tell me how I can enable "Recent Profile Visitors" by default? Whenever someone registers, the "Recent Profile Visitors" block is disabled by default. I searched through every setting, but wasn't able to fix this. I'd appreciate if anyone can help me. Thanks!
June 27, 20213 yr Author Haha, should have just checked your plugins as you have a solution for everything.. Thanks a lot boss!
December 3, 20231 yr Not sure what the point is in hiding solutions to issues. Here it says: "Sorry, we can't show this content because you do not have permission to see it." Thoughts?
December 3, 20231 yr Thoughts? It was a link to a resource on the Marketplace, which no longer exists...hence it no longer shows. Edited December 3, 20231 yr by Nathan Explosion

December 3, 20231 yr Nice plugin. All of those can be enabled by default with the AdminCP with the exception of the Recent Visitors Block. I've just been enabling manually whenever I come across it, lol.
December 20, 20231 yr @Adriano Faria thanks for the link to the plugin. We needed the same thing for the signature viewing default option. Do you have or know of a way to bulk update the preferences for users that have already been created?
December 20, 20231 yr Do you have or know of a way to bulk update the preferences for users that have already been created? Nope, you'll have to run a query in your database or hire someone to make a quick app to loop through your member's table and change the value. Let me know if you want me to make it for you.
December 20, 20231 yr Ok, that's a shame, thank you for the offer, I'll have a think and get in touch.
December 20, 20231 yr Ok, that's a shame, thank you for the offer, I'll have a think and get in touch. There's a topic somewhere here on IPS with a manual query. I tried to find but I couldn't... try it. Keyword: view_sigs.
