some problem on rtl mode

First of all, thank you for this software

In this script, when the language mode is on the right (for RTL languages like Persian and Arabic), users can not edit their date of birth from account settings. But this edit is possible when users change the forum language to LTR mode.

I ask the managers to solve this problem in the next updates
