[Paid - $50] Album Creation API Methods

Looking for a plugin that adds API Methods on the Album API to create and update albums.  

 

Paths should look like:

[POST] /gallery/albums/{id}

Edits an album with ID.

[POST] /gallery/albums/

Creates an album

API key authentication needed.  Being able to set name, description, category and privacy needed--other information not necessary for method.

I also need the ability to set "Anyone" can upload to the album, like this option here grants.  Not sure the requisite property:
