I know it may sound too simple for others, but one of our mod has deleted a topic and I like to retrieve that topic or at least see who has deleted that topic?

Yes, if you have delayed content turned on, you can retrieve any deleted content.

I've a similar problem but not with deleted contend but modified (moderated) content. Is there a way to "undo" a modification (we can already see previous content in modification history).

Just copy the content from there if you want to restore it.

😕 It does not seem to work properly when there are special présentations (with quotes, images and/or videos)...

Edit : I'm also afraid the references to the pictures may be lost so the pictures deleted from the community storage (garbage collector).
