Gnuru Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 I would like to change the quality of the generated thumbnails. Will the already generated thumbnails be recreated if changed settings in the admin cp (especially JPG Quality)?
Joel R Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Go to ACP > System > Posting In General tab, look for 'rebuild existing images' in description of "Maximum image dimensions to display" sobrenome 1

sobrenome Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 Could not find it on 4.5. Was this feature removed?
bfarber Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 This is for attachments and will not apply to things like Gallery images or Pages record images (but would apply to attachments in either application, e.g. to comments or the body of a Pages article). Within Gallery if you change the dimensions of the images to store you will be prompted to rebuild Gallery images Changes to a Pages record image are not retroactive - there is no tool to rebuild the existing thumbnails. sobrenome 1

My translation is missing the link. I will look at the original English entry. Thanks. 24 minutes ago, bfarber said: Changes to a Pages record image are not retroactive - there is no tool to rebuild the existing thumbnails. Any plans to add the rebuild tool on Pages?
