Automatically delete members who have not become invalidated

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone is willing to develop a plugin / app that would delete members who have not responded to their change email validation emails after a period in time.  Or if that exists, what it might be called.

The reason i ask is, the Mail Bouncer app invalidates a members email if it bounces, but the Newsletters app still keeps trying to send that person emails.  I'd like to have it so their invalidated accounts are automatically deleted after a certain number of days.
