Preventing all caps in titles?

I recall a setting that prevents ALL CAPS in titles .. but can't find that setting now.  Can someone help?

Yes, it doesn’t exists on IPS4.

Search for the according CSS elements and add to custom.css ->

text-transform: lowercase !important;

probably one of these ->

.ipsType_pageTitle, .ipsType_sectionTitle, .ipsType_secondaryTitle, .ipsType_sectionHead, .ipsType_minorHeading
