Add number of guests when RSVPing

My forum is for a car club and when we host an event we like to know how many cars(typically registered users) as well as how many people.

I'm looking for a way to just be able to add how many guests are coming with you, can be as simple as a drop-down with numbers 1-5.

Would look something like this for who is going:

• SneakyBaron + 1 guest
• User A
• User B + 2 guests
