You have too much work on optimizing your site - it cannot be described with a few lines.

If I would have to name one thing: reduce the requests on the homepage. There are over 250 items loaded individually for just one page. Probably the biggest IPS forum index I have seen so far in that regard.

You will get better results if you stop a Google Font.

Open for Edit your theme. In the Text menu, select for ' Body Font ' and ' Headline Font ' value "Default".
