What I need is for specific groups to be able to give out other groups on the forums.

I'll give an example:

-Person A has the member, cool, chill, and ice tags.

-Person B just has Member and Admin tag.

The 'cool' tag gives person A the option to add/remove the cool, chill and ice tags, but not affect his member or admin tags.

 

I need this to cut down on the amount of admins that I will need to assign tags, this giving the power to the people that run these groups instead.
