Adding Canonical Tag to Specific Pages

Can someone help me find a solution to this problem please? I'm happy to pay for the support.

I'm trying to put a canonical tag on pages like the one below to fix duplicate content issues:

https://www.hookah.org/community/forum/13-hookah-lounge/?filter=questions_without_best_answers&sortby=start_date&sortdirection=desc&page=29&advancedSearchForm=1

The Live Tag editor only allows adding META Tags. Canonical tag is not a Meta tag so I dont know how to add it to pages like above. For the above example I'd like to have a canonical tag that reads:

<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.hookah.org/community/forum/13-hookah-lounge/"/>
