[Paid] Plugin to call an external url on purchase

Hello, I would need a simple plugin that calls an external url everytime a purchase is made through the commerce module. It would need to be in the following form: http://www.example.com/didpurchase?customerid=12345 - can be a HTTP Get request and for a first version does not need to read the response of it.

I'm using IPs Cloud Solution version 4.1.14.3. If anyone is interested, please hit me up with a quote, thank you.
