Send bulk mail to validating members

It would be really helpful to be able to send bulk mail to members in validation. Not everyone automatically approves membership. It would be nice if there was a way to send a messages to those members before you approved or deleted registration request.

That only works for PMing groups. "Validating" is not a group. It was in 3.x but in 4.x it is more like a "status"

I'm marking this as not planned, however, we do have some criteria based functionality to add to the bulk mailer as part of a larger scope. This will likely cover your request.

I would really like to have the ability to bulk email validating members. Unfortunately a lot of times the validating emails end in the spam folder with the users forgetting/not caring to check. A reminding email would certainly help.
