On both my sites the chat is down - also on this site I notice..

I was able to log in the Chat here just a minute ago and posted in it.

I can't check on my self hosted site since I'm waiting on converters for XF to bring it back online under a new guise/domain.

Hummmm.. My email is spammed with this notice everytime someone try to connect -

That error code should be able to trace down where/why it's happening on your site(s).  You may need to enter a ticket for assistance as that is the main way that IPS prefers to handle support issues.

Strangely enough I had an almost similar error on this site..will wait an hour and see..

 

Anyone remembers where to switch off that email  when the server is stopped? I can't find it anywhere..

Same issue here. The chat room key has expired. with error 5H269/A.

I'm getting [#CSTART-7] errors on my 3.4.8 install for chat - I've submitted a support ticket.

Tried it on 2 of my selfhosted installations and was able to log into the chat without an issue

Yes - that worked. Strange none from IPS did not mention that as a solution here in this topic or on the chat.

Anyway - I'm happy..

After this happened my users experience every now and then empty lines in the chat. Theres nothing I can do on my side - so I filed a ticket.

Just a sidenote in case anyone else is struggeling with the chat.

IPS updated their chatservices yesterday. After that - all sentences with the letters æøå ÆØÅ is empty - reported.
