Mailman Archive Conversion to Invision Forums

Does anybody know of an add-on or service to convert Mailmain archives, e.g.,

http://users.tpg.com.au/pschamb/Mailman archive search.html

To searchable forum posts?  We would not want to convert or map email addresses to existing user names except possibly for some general munging strategy (user1@aol.com --> user1_archive - or some such).  The end result would be archived/readonly forums in our list of forums.

A related question is - if not possible currently - what is the best resource for starting (e.g., how to build a database for import).  We have 10 years and 285 MB of posts.  The organization is willing to spend the money too if the job is best farmed out.
