AndyF Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 http://www.invisionpower.com/support/kb/_/how-to-clean-your-site-from-infection-r27 Please read carefully and follow each step. Suggest you get it functioning with whatever version you have currently then upgrade, rather than attempt an upgrade 'halfway' as if you did have any issues it would be a pain sometimes to sort as they may of been upgrader or restoration issues* *Same if you are say moving servers and upgrading, do one at a time ie move (and check its alive) then upgrade or upgrade where you are (again check its working first) then move etc.
Mark H Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 We're glad that this has been resolved for you. If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to start a new support topic. Thank you!
