Really?!

- Those colours do not match.

- Text is not centered.

- Sharp corners give an impression of Web 1.0.

- Anyone may create such group icons in any editor in less than 3 minutes, if they needed them.

- Different font size.

- No PSD (or any other file) to change the text.

I can understand the will of sharing your outcome but please, first some practice and skills that will follow is quite mandatory in nowadays competitive internet.
