They are provided as .txt files that you have to copy and paste to your forum's "Help Files Management" section. Instructions are provided within the archive. Note: Create backup of your current help files, as they will be overwritten and you'll not be able to revert the changes, once they are made. Tested on 3.3.x, 3.4.3, 3.4.4 Before using with different version, check if the default (english) content of each help file, matches the translation.
