SIGNATURE / AVATAR LOCKER
Users can upload multiple signatures and or avatars, on EACH Post they can optionally choose to associate an avatar and or signature with that post. If they ultimately delete that avatar/signature any thread that used that avatar / signature would revert to the users 'default'. (if any one used Live Journal you will remember that each posting allowed this sort of thing.)

I want VIDEOS of step by step guide HOW TO (think VTC / Lynda) do this and that from every aspect of setting up a site to advanced features of how to add hooks and modifications, in a manner that us mortals will comprehend. This site's organization is so fractured there are so many "forums for the same product" it's hard to surf the site to know where to find stuff.

MORE STATS. As an admin, you can't afford to stay fat,dump and happy. You need to know what's going on around your forum. like: members and/or guest trends. what do they visit first, where they stay most of their time on site. what/which feature they use. How many members register per day, how many users actually use this skin that I'd paid $50 for.....etc etc ect.

I would love a feature that would go through and tell you about unused folders and SQL tables, and offer to prune them for you.

Yes integrated Stats would be great ... the upgrade to 3.1 broke Google Analytics for my sites ... I will have to reinstall code.

Add ability to see who left rep in the profile page instead of having to link back to the repped post to see it. Also support for leaving comments instead of just points.
