iDonate is a new hook that I thought of, and now its reality, its simple, it adds a sidebar hook, and then if you have a PayPal account, just make a donations button, then copy and paste the HTML into the settings area in the AdminCP and bang it shows up in the side bar hook in your board index.

I am sorry but I have no clue where to upload the upload file to. I have been all over everything and I was sure that was what I missed but I can't find it and I have read the "README" probably 5 times now.

Within the package you downloaded, there should be an upload folder, upload the contents (using an FTP Client such as FileZilla) of this folder to the root forum directory in FTP, this should sort out this issue, its a simple human error, I have even done this before and took me ages what had gone wrong and figured an image wasn't uploaded.

I see the logo.gif in every image file on every skin and still it looks the same. However, I did notice that there is no idonate only lighthouse, which I "assume" is the same because that is where the rest of the code is for the idonate that does show. I give up, I'm getting a headache this is not what I do. I crunch numbers not code.

lighthouse logo? there shouldn't be any lighthouse logo, only an iDonate logo

I have installed the hook but I can not locate the donate button.
What am I doing wrong?

You need to go onto PayPal and generate a donation button and the HTML they give you, copy and paste it into the iDonate HTML setting in AdminCP.

Development for iDonate for IP.Board 3.0.x have been discontinued, I will be consantrating on IP.Board 3.1.x
Should a security issue be found, please PM me and I will package it up and add it to this topic.
