With this modification you will be able to set on a category basis, the amount to award a member upon new file submission, and the amount to charge a member for each download he makes in every category. There are extra features like:

* Number of points to award a member upon new file submission - on a category basis
* Number of points to charge a member upon downloading a file - on a category basis
* choose which groups can bypass the charging points routine and download free - on a category basis
* globally turn on/off the awarding of the points - MUST BE ON FOR THE MOD TO WORK
* globally turn on/off the charging points for downloading - MUST BE ON TO CHARGE POINTS
* if a member doesn't have the requried amount to post he will see an error with the amount required, the amount he has right now and the amount he misses to be able to download.
* for every file in a category where the category charges X points to download there will be a message stating that. with the amount required, the amount he has right now and the amount he misses or has to be able to download.
* if a member needs his files to be approved he won't be awarded with points upon submission but after the files gets approved.
