The number of stars displayed for the user varies depending on how many posts they have.

There was some missing information from the install guide if you installed before 1.0.2, Sorry about that ;)

0 Posts = 1 Yellow Star
100 Posts = 2 Yellow Stars
200 Posts = 3 Yellow Stars
...
...
900 Posts = 8 Yellow stars

Once the user gets to 1000 Posts the stars change color:
Yellow
Gray
Green
Blue
Red
Special (it changes colors)
