This is a modification that lets moderators approve or delete posts in the moderation queue while at the same time sending an explanation (PM) to the member who submitted the post. Particularly useful if all topics and replies in a forum are set to be moderated, or as a tool in a help desk system.

A button called 'Message' will be placed on all invisible topics and posts, and if clicked will open a show/hide reply box at the end of the page, much like the fast reply box in fact.

The first option here will be to send a pre-written standard reply from a drop-down box. These standard replies can be written and saved in the Admin Control Panel, there will be a group of links below Task Manager in Tools & Settings. You also have the ability here to use quick tags, that will fill in such things as member name, moderator name or topic name dynamically.

Alternatively, the moderator can write his own message, but in order to speed up work a prefix and suffix string will be added so that repetitive information doesn't need to be entered each time. The default format for this message as well as the PM subject can also be set in the ACP.

There is also the option of putting the post on hold with a hold message. That means that inside the box there will be a message to other moderators explaining the difficulties with a particular post and why it can't easily be set visible or responded to. (If you've installed a modification that let's members see their own invisible posts, then hold messages can still only be viewed by moderators). Finally, the moderator will also be able to include a copy of the post he's responding in his reply.

Requirements:
This mod was designed to be installed using the Universal Mod Installer, available from IPSBeyond or Invision Modding.
