Charge Points For Topics - 1.0.0
With this mod you can set for each forum the amount of points a user must pay to post a new topic in that forum, if he doesnt have the amount to post he wouldnt be able to post in that forum.
To add another great feature you can set the groups that can overide that option and post in a forum even tough they dont have the correct amount to pay for there new topic.
It will display a message on top of the forum (only inside forums that you set some sort of points to be charged and that the members group is not selected as a group that can overide that feature).
