I've just realised that since some time in 2017 the option for our members to view other peoples signatures has been defaulted to "off" and it appears to be a user level setting. We use signatures quite a bit and would like to have this switched on as the default, is there any way to do this? Or do we have an issue with it being switched off as default?

I have one old Plesk server, and one new. Both are the same version and located on different Ubuntu servers with the same version. I have migrated everything to the new server with great successs, and changed all A pointers, except for the subdomain on our IPB. Since the Plesk migration also moved all databases, I wonder if it's safe to update the IPB subforum A record as well? Anyone that knows?

Our user-base is on Mac and when they take a screen recording, the Mac produces a .mov file. Once uploaded, that .mov file is embedded as expected in Safari, but not in Chrome. Is there an easy solution, or does one need to get a 3rd party video conversion tool to convert the .mov into a supported movie file format? Thanks!

I received a PM from a Member of my Board that he was suddenly getting a NOTICE about rejected emails from me or the Board. He wasn’t very specific but thought I was asking him to change his email address. I went to his membership data and saw that his email address was in red with a warning icon. When clicked a field opened saying something about this email bouncing off the Cloud Server enough times to block it. Or something to that effect. I should have screen shot that. Hello! Wondering if anyone would be able to point in the right direction here- fairly new to using IPS. I have turned off the Spam Prevention as I was messing around with the page builder, editing a lot of content in quick succession however am still being presented with a human verification process. After completing the process however, it remains on the success page stating I will be redirected shortly- I do not get redirected. I have then attempted to go back in and continue editing my page and are continually presented with this human verification process I am also trying to upload an image in one of the blocks on the page editor, and am continually met…

When creating a new member manually from ACP an email is sent to the New Member with a link to select password, complete profile, etc. However, there is no prompt or boxes for them to accept Terms or Opt in/out. Is there an easy way (no template modification) to add those fields for this New Member to complete at the same time?

I have a Pages page with an embedded helpdesk form. I use that for the Contact Us page. If a member is validating their email address and clicks the Contact Us link, they are forced back to the validate your email page. Is that expected behavior? Thanks

Hello, Is it possible to display the last comment in the list of topics? The way my community works, it's crucial that the last comment is displayed in the list of topics/stream. Currently, when I see the list of topics in a forum, I will see the first topic's comment and not the last one. Is there a way to change that? Or is it possible to have a developer to create a plugin that does that? Thanks

On July 1 an update was pushed to our site without warning, which ended up completely crashing our site. We are receiving this error after completing a restore via a backup (6/28) and now receive the following prompt across all pages including within the AdminCP: [[Template core/global/global/includeJS is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Hi, I am trying to hold updated the scripts of a community belt on 2010, but closed after some year due the time that I hadn't to dedicated to it- I remember that the community script had many 3rdy part hooks, but there was a basic configuration not bad, as online users, basic statistics, birthdays and so on, on a basic side. I dont know if I am wrong but there isn't nothing similar anymore, correct? Or do I have to flag on some option?

Not sure where to post this topic honestly, it's a technical issue I think I'm facing but not entirely sure if it's something Invision needs to help with, or if it's a Chrome/Google problem or what. Anyway, Google has been bugging me to add a GDPR message as part of its Adsense suite for months, and I figured I'd take the time to do that this morning and shut them up (they're going to automatically add a GDPR popup/notice mid-Jan either way so thought I'd get ahead of it). Hello, I was thinking of using the Kartra online application to manage my marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, abandoned cart, upsells, etc. Invision lacks most of these important functionalities, so I need to look for alternatives, and Kartar impressed me. Can I connect Kartra with Invision and use the products in my ACP in Kartra? Somebody buys Invision Membership X in a list of products in Kartra and then a new user is added to ACP with the correct primary/secondary group I wish Invision had many of the basic functionalities of any shopping cart, like upsells and abandoned carts, but it doesn't. Hi, when I send a topic link through whatsapp or telegram, user open the link and find the sign up option, after the sign up is finished here is the issue poin, the page opened is not the original link shared, after click on validate email link the user can not see what originallly receive, the page is return to website homepage...Is possible: After the email is validated return to the link page which received. When a user click on a link, maybe user need to sign in, but after sign in recognize and return to the link page received?
