Any ideas as to why more than half of our embedded Youtube videos are not indexed due to "Video outside the viewport"? They appear to be within viewport (at all resolutions). Cloud. Default template. These are links automatically rendered as embedded video. Thanks.

Hello, i've created a method to import content to my pages using chatgpt, wordpress and rss... we paid to a dev to create a addon to import and fixed the pictures too... it's running fine, but... my problem is with my cron. We setup the wordpress and gpt to create after 2h... its working... but my cron inside the ips run and get all rss at the same time, it's is a big problem, because the system don't finish import all news correctly, because run at the same time all rss. I want to separate the cron, run each cron on different time... example > ps5 run at 5pm, xbox run at 6pm, pc run at 7pm. If i only import 2 or 3 news per time, work perfect, if don't (like …

While learning how I want to set up my community I've ended up wanting to change the primary group for about 1600 members. However, I can't figure out a way to do this without clicking through each member in ACP and editing them one by one. Is it possible to do this via a CSV import or even through API? My attempt to update via CSV ignored the updates because the member already existed.

I just recently changed the archiving to more than 5 years to more than 6 years (don't ask) and I've noticed the size of the database has grown. This was before and now after The posts table has increased from 2.6 to 3.3 gb as I expected given a years more posts are now accessible but archive posts has increased from 3.7gb to 4.4gb even though it should have a years less posts in there now. Has something gone wrong?

Until now I have never had this problem with sending emails to fail and when I do an email test to tell me: test email » Server did not accept message for delivery but provided no error message. ERROR show » The last 6 emails the system attempted to send failed. This indicates there is probably an error with your email settings. Do you have a twist or idea?

Hello everyone. So I ran the upgrader today and got this: "The upgrader uses PHP sessions to store data, however PHP sessions are currently not working correctly on your server. Hi, We have new register group as "Rookie", they should be promoted to "Regular" group after posting more than 50 posts. I got pm from one of the member of that group "Rookie" indicated that he still not promoted to group "Regular" yet. So i check at the Admincp and search and found many users still in that group even many had like 51 to 127 posts already in "Rookie" group, so the promotion for group is not working. Hi, I'm trying to enable "reactions" in our community, I turned on the related settings in Members > Reputation & Reactions, yet it still doesn't work. I also double checked at "member groups" to ensure that this feature is enabled for all groups. Can anyone please help?

When I set the Login & Registration > Registration > "Validation method for new accounts" to (o) Email and administrator validation (The user will be sent an email containing a special link they have to click to validate their account after which an administrator will need to manually approve the account from the Admin Control Panel) I assume, after registration - An email is sent to the new user to validate/confirm their email address (similar to a double opt-in) Only after the above step, Administrator should approve the account However, the step 1 above is not performed in the workflow as the new user never receives an email t…

A user said they don't want to see the thread preview when browsing on mobile. When I browse I don't see that. Here is what they see, Does anyone know how to turn the thread preview off? Also, the Who's Online numbers are WAY down since we moved. Is there a setting for how long it considers somebody online? Thanks.

Recently we updated and been advised not to manually add GA and FB codes in globaltemplate, so we switched to insert codes thru admin panel and cleaned globaltemplate almost free of code edits. Today I received this error from Google search console. Can someone please inspect, if our site Google Analytics codes are inserted correctly? Thanks in advance.

One of our member complained that recently, notification emails from our site are going to his spam folder. I checked the raw headers in an email notification from our site and I can see that while SPF and DKIM both pass, it says "dmarc=unknown". Is it possible to add a DMARC record to these emails?

Has anyone run into this problem before? When I try and create a new Ad, I do not have the widget to upload the file image. I can click the "Upload smaller version" button and the widgets for the smaller images appear. My existing Ads are working but I can't enter any newer ads. I have tried with a clean .htaccess file and tried without an .htaccess file. Nothing I've tried has helped so far. Any suggestions? Thanks

Liking the new Overview design of the Events app, but I have been having some issues with past events always being displayed on there and I was struggling to identify what the issue was, and I think I've figured it out. It seems that if an event has been set as 'Featured', or set as an 'Online Event', it will always appear on the Overview page even when the date for the event has passed. Please see an example below. Obviously, as this snapshot was taken this morning, the 'October 11' event should not be there (either in the top featured rotation - or, arguably, under 'Online Events') but it still clearly is. When trying to access my forum page, http://dungeons.org.uk/forum , I am unable to access the forum. Instead I get the following error message: An error occurred (500 Error) We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. Too many connections Others trying to visit the forum have had the same thing, and I ran into the same error when trying to access the Admin Control Panel page. Is there a way to fix this?

I know that YouTube and Vimeo videos are atomically embedded with the link. However, how do I embed videos hosted with other platforms? I recently moved to Gumlet Video hosting and now realize their video link doesn't embed the video. Is there another way to embed these videos?
