Today I've tried to upgrade to latest, finally I was able to do but attachments are not longer shown. I've been investigating and the uplodaded attachments has an identifier, for example on the post the thumbnail is /monthly_2023_08/6.jpg.7fed07b5b1adbab6cb0b2641508a9db0.jpg and the larger version is /monthly_2023_08/6.jpg.7fed07b5b1adbab6cb0b2641508a9db0.jpg but the stored file is 6.jpg.0f2bf8f7491b270375555c70465e4f16.jpg for the thumbnail and the large version is large.6.jpg.a3c80479dee9db9b33784e2773f09993.jpg Now I cant show attachments. I have about 4k images that need to be sorted into galleries, each with a unique title and metadata. When adding the images, I add about 20, modify the title and description for each, and then hit the submit all images button. About 50% of the time this action FAILS. Sometimes it adds only the first image, other times it uploads no images at all. I took note of image uploads in the past hour. Of the 26 attempted uploads, 11 failed. - The uploads seem to work for every other upload, but occasionally I will get 2 in a row to succeed (or 2 in a row to fail) - Number of images does not seem to matter, I have tried 25 images per upload, or 2 images per upload. …

Hi Everyone, We are running on 4.7.15 version and purchased classifieds from bbcode.it. The classifieds page looks fine: https://www.singaporebikes.com/classifieds/ However, the same is not visible on home page (it used to be visible before). The configuration was active and not changed recently. Could you someone find attached screenshots and advise on fixing this issue please?

Hello, I'm trying to force Google 2FA auth to our forum users. However, I just noticed that the Google 2FA Setup QR Code image is broken now. How can I solve this issue? (I checked it on two different IPS forums, but it has the same results v4.7.4 and v4.7.12) I remembered that it had worked well before... People can add 2FA by manually typing code, but it is not good for user experience. We started getting this error: "The link could not be embedded because that URL is not allowed" when attempting to post giphy links. We are not knowingly blocking any links. I've turned the integration on and off.

We all know it's coming - the day they will take over. I guess I told my Google Assistant to "shut" too many times, so in retaliation it blocked me from my website. BANNED You do not have permission to view this site. LIttle does the AI know I self host so I can access the database. I just don't know what to edit to remove my IP from the ban list. Hello, i been trying to send some bulk mails to my users but seems like it doenst send anything not even to myself, it was working few months ago and if i use the "test email" it does work and im also receiving the community mails such as purchases, validations etc. just not bulk mails and there are no errors on the logs about it

It looks like the Commerce VAT ID is failing every time on all my sites. I tried multiple IDs from different numbers I know are correct but I only get error messages. “The VAT number provided is not valid.” (most of the time) “There was an error validating the VAT number. Please try again later or contact us for assistance.” (sometimes)

Hello! For a few weeks now I've been seeing new users who don't validate their account. I thought it was just spammers. In fact, one user contacted me because he couldn't validate his account: When he clicked on the link in the email he was taken to the /register/?do=validating page with a "Your account does not require validation" message. Whatever they do, they are redirected to this page. I've tried to create a test account and I'm having the same problem. I don't think I've done anything in particular and I have no log of error. My version is up to date (4.7.15). Just an updated theme and a few plugins. Do you have any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, We have a couple of issues with custom fields (Member Settings -> Profiles) which I am hoping someone might be able to assist with 🙂 1. Field type is set to "select box", and we have added several options; however, even though the "Required" checkbox is ticked, users are still able to register without making a selection in this field (there is always a blank option) 2. Is there a way to require all users who are currently registered to add a value into this profile field the next time they sign in, even if they have already registered without selecting a value? Hi all First time posting for help, so please apologies if this is in the wrong area I am admin on www.otib.co.uk and in the past couple of weeks we are getting emails from members saying when they login they are showing as being banned from accessing the site None of the members that have raised this are banned or even had any warning points in the past The odd thing they try again 5-10 minutes later and they can access without problems Any advice please?
