I have created a new database. Guests have permission to See Database and View Records Guests have permission to View Page where the database is placed. A new feature from the database is added to the club, and Members that can view this page is set to All. Allow Search Engines to index this category is enabled. Result: Guests cannot see the category (neither search engines)

I have created a date / time field in Pages. I need to show the date and time exactly the user enters this. So if a user enters 15/08/2015 in 13:45 it should be shown to all as 15/08/2015 in 13:45 to all users and guests. The field stores a birthdate and birth time of a child. It should not show 14/08/2015 to someone who is in another timezone. It should not be replaced by 16/08/2015 if the user and community time differ. The birthday is birthdate and is unchangeable. 😉 So is the time of birth. If you travel around the world, your birthdate, and time will not change in your papers depending on the timezone. I have created a database that should be used only in clubs as a feature. There should not be entries that do not belong to the clubs. But there is a default category, created with the database automatically. And I cannot delete this category. I have checked Set Custom Permissions on the category. But I am unable to set custom permissions even after I have checked it. This is what I miss: This entry is not shown for the default category in the database, marked as used in clubs. The goal is: do not allow creating database entries outside clubs features. How to achieve it?

Good Day We have recently copied https://www.fun-fairs.co.uk/forum/48-rides-list-full-info-restricted-to-forum-supporters/ to https://www.fun-fairs.co.uk/forum/846-rides-list-free-access-limited-info/ However the post counts for the two differ wildly. Is there a way to force a recount?? Secondly - The first forum shows there is one post awaiting action on Moderation Queue, the second shows 5815 - However there are no posts needing attention. I have created a database where the title field is of type date. I have managed to change the display within the database templates by using listing and display format. But this is not respected in other areas of the suite. The places where the format is not respected are profile activity list, notifications, title-tag of the record (browser tab). It always displays MM/DD/YYYY. This format is weird for us in Europe (or the rest of the world 😁). We always expect the day before the month. If we see 01/11/2024, we think “oh, it's the 1st of November”. You, over there in the USA, think “perfect, the 11th of January”. 😉

I have a Rule set in my community that hands out a particular Achievement Badge whenever a user receives a negative Reaction on their content: I have the negative Reaction ("Bad Quality Post") listed here: It is the only Reaction I have on my community that hands out a negative rep (all others are either positive or neutral). However, some users have been receiving this 'Tough Crowd' badge incorrectly, for random Reactions: Any idea what could be causing it?

My CDN messed out. Now I also cannot navigate in my admin console as the CSS/JS are all messed out/loss as it was served from the CDN too. How can I manually via config settings disabled the CDN to fix the mess.

We run a site that is NFL related and I have so many people telling me they couldn't access it yesterday during the NFL draft. This is our biggest day(s) of the year. I noticed the forums were offline this morning. I saw another thread and cleared my cache. But I had people reaching out saying they couldn't get in. Two questions: 1. Is whatever issue it was, fixed? 2. Can everyone get on now without clearing cache? Our posts counts were much lower than expected yesterday, this is very disappointing. We didn't have problems like this when we were self hosted.

I am getting resource_missing - customer No such customer: 'cus_CzIzWN2eRI3EJC' Unlike the post here, I am not getting the "a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request." part of the message. It's invoice 802 in my system, but I don't see any evidence on my site that an attempt to make a payment was made. I can only see it in the stripe logs. FWIW - This user has previously paid with Paypal and, several years ago, Stripe via an old Stripe account.

Hello, I send a bulk mail on 04-14-24 through the forum software. Since then approximately 3400 emails per day of this SAME email are send to 1! ONE person, totalling for +46.000! emails send from the forum software to this one person. They are all with different message IDs, so they were delivered separately. I'm using sendgrid to send my tiny lot (<500) of bulk"" mail ech month, and this is horrific for that person. Please help, I deleted that mail and somehow the forum is still sending it.

My site is very slow right now, it takes about 10 seconds after I click on a topic name to see the topic. Clicking the notification bell doesn't display notifications. I see the progress wheel turn and nothing.
