Hi Marc, I messaged you a calendar I have been trying with. It does sync ok with my calendar on Mac, but Google won't retrieve the events. I was able to sync a calendar from my Mac to that Google account, but not the calendar from my board—maybe a Google issue. Cheers Alex

When I try to use this URL to subscribe to a calendar to my Google calendar, it does not show the events. It works for my calendar on my Mac, ok, but not Google. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

I'm looking forward to the upgrade. How long more can we run on V4 on cloud before we have to upgrade. I'm hoping to wait until the summer, end of June 25, is this feasible?

Hi, today, we discovered we cannot download file attachments from our pages, forums, or messages. I have tried being in a few different groups, and it's the same. When we edit the posts, they are there. I tried new posts, and they are not working either. This is a serious issue for us as we depend on this feature. Cheers Alex

I set it to 100, and now it is working ok. Many thanks; I'll keep an eye on that setting and the score settings for the questions.

Hi, I'm trying to set up a simple course as a guide, so I'm testing the quiz as this will be an important aspect, but the "Retake Quiz" is not working for me. I have set the retake option in the settings. It is essential to my course structure that those enrolled will be able to retake the quiz until 100% is achieved. Any help is appreciated. Alex

Hi Marc, I had a student report this morning on her iPhone 12; I then tried it on my iPhone 13Pro, and it was the same. But I have no problem with my partners' Fairphone—Android. So yes, it is an iPhone issue. I'm not sure how to give you an example. The sound file? I'll load one here now. When I tried to play it on my iPhone, this one returned an error. Hi, I'm attaching sound files on pages and inserting them into the body; they range from 10 minutes to 50 minutes long. When opening the page on an iPhone 13 Pro, they often do not load, and we get an error, and they will not play. I have tried this on various browsers on the iPhone, and it's the same. They do download ok, but not play. A quick test on an Android phone did not show this error. This is not happening on my desktop; it is connected to 30MB of broadband, and the iPhone is too.
