Football Manager Graphics

No I’m not having the issue logged in as them. Yes that was the first thing I asked them to do but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. I thought that would be the answer too. They’ve also tried different browsers with the same result.

I’ve no issues either to be honest. I had it just after updating but as I mentioned a quick refresh solved everything for me. Two of the members with the issue are Markitos and Ezequiel91.

Hi Guys Some members seem to have difficulties viewing our site correctly since updating the site with the latest update. I briefly had this issue but a refresh of the page resolved it. However, some members still seem to have the problem. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this?

Hi I mainly upload downloadable content to my own site but occasionally I work with other sites and simply add links to those files. Is it possible for download links to open in a new window rather than directly taking our members off site completely? Sorry if I've missed it but I can't seem to find that option.

We've created a number of challenges for our members which result in certain points being allocated upon completion. Is there an option to create a custom leaderboard based on certain criteria? This could be managed manually even.

Yes it appears in the top left of the site above the header. I've got Google Analytics enabled with the i.d. number in the text box as in your second image.

Hi Guys Just a small issue that maybe you can help me with. I'm a cloud customer and have a Google Analytics account but when I enable the integration in the Invision Admin CP my Google Analytics i.d. appears in the top left hand corner of the site. Anyway to stop that from happening?

Is it possible to have access to the files uploaded through my download app on the AWS server? A big part of my community is downloadable content and sharing with partner sites is important. It would be better for one of our partners if we could share a presigned URL link to content from the AWS server.

Hi All I'm new to Invision and had a quick question regarding the Downloads area. I have set up various catergories and subcategories as you can see in the screenshot below. What I can't seem to figure out is why the catergory "Football Manager Logos" does not feature the subcategories at all and reads "No files in this category yet"? Ideally I would like the subcategories to display on the page in the screenshot. I set the category as a parent for each of the subcategories. Any ideas if this is possible? Kind Regards Derek
