Badges are awarded only once. In terms of a rebuild, there wouldnt be alerts sent out on items during a rebuild. 

Im not actually able to replicate this on my end. Its showing as it should be with no problem. Please ensure you have no 3rd party items enabled, and that you are using a default unaltered theme
 

If you go to the same area you set up the external login, you should be able to edit the standard login handler, and disable that for front end

The only way you would be able to do this at present would be to block every other country through spam prevention settings. There isnt a way in which to say "Only this country". To be honest, you would probably be best to restrict from your server, rather than from the software
Its worth noting, you will likely lose members through doing this also. People who use VPNs for example, simply would no longer be able to visit.

In the system itself, emails are unique. So any custom developed SSO should do this anyway, and anything in built such as OAuth login, will ask the user to log in with their account if its detecting to already exist. After which the 2 will be linked

You would need to contact your hosting provider about the error there. "MySQL server has gone away" means the database is not responding to request from the software

But you know that from the front end

You can create your blocks in the admin CP, and create those with permissions as custom blocks. This way you can pick and choose which blocks show to which groups as neeeded

Have the background tasks within your admin CP completed? You can see these on the dashboard

Pages is an application in which you can create pages or databases of pages in. Those pages could be named anything you like, and the databases and records could also be named anything you like. 
When you are looking at articles, that is just a pages database which has been called articles. Databases contain records that can be given a name. In this case, articles. 
So you have articles, which are stored in a database also named articles, which are within the pages application on our software. Of course you can create any number of things with the pages application, rather that articles. In an example here, we have created a database named recipes

If you just move their usergroup, then they have no subscription to 'nag' them to pay 🙂

You dont have permissions on the front end. You need to check Members>Staff>Moderators, and ensure you have permissions for everything in there

You have some disabled there. The 'standard' one its referring to is one of the ones that are disabled, that have it set up to sync emails. There is one present, whether disabled or otherwise. So you need to remove that or change it
