How long does it usually take to get the login details once you setup a trial of IC Cloud. My trial site is active and I can view it but I don’t have the login info to be able to play around in the Admin area.

It shouldnt take too long. Give it half an hour and if you havent got details emailed then, please let us know

I still haven’t gotten the login details. I got the email to verify my email which I did but haven’t gotten the one with the details.

I have force reset this, so you should get a password reset email soon
