  1. Website A is under construction, it is closed to the public via the firewall and maintenance mode is deactivated. Website B is in maintenance mode, but is accessible to the public (beta tester). In both cases there's the same problem. The web link we provided points to a sub-domain in which there is no website, but to protect the data with a htpasswd. Both websites must remain inaccessible to the unauthorized public.
  2. Hello Mac Stridgen Two websites at two hosting providers and the problem is identical. To view the video you'll need to use the L/P of the .HTPASSWD in our customer account. https://files.nospy.ch/BUG/IPS/2023-0505/Bug-Sitemap-Web-A.mp4 https://files.nospy.ch/BUG/IPS/2023-0505/Bug-Sitemap-Web-B.mp4 Do not disable website maintenance mode.
  3. Since the last update 4.7.10+++, I have a bug with the sitemap on all websites, if I modify a value I get an error. If modify any value, it tells me that the file is not compliant the other problem is that I can't even put it in another folder, so what's the point of asking where the file is?
  4. I found the solution but there is still a small bug on this forum. I can't log out of my account I have to quit Safari or FireFox and there is no possibility to associate several accounts on a login. Which gives me this when I want to connect : My problem "Licensed URLs" has been solved. You just need to find out which account to log in with. A multi-account menu will be well seen.
  5. Hi, When I'm connect to https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea/ -> Manage this purchase -> Change Licensed URL How to change the URL (the domain name does not change) ?
  6. Hello, Can you add in CPAdmin Dashboard in Add "Failed User Logins" This would allow to have a better visibility on the accounts of users who are at risk, and why not invite the member to change his password or modify his login.
  7. I deleted the file and everything went back to normal. Thanks again to everyone and good luck. Totally outdated subject.
  8. We found out that if we disable the protection on the CPAdmin folder, there is no more error message. So you were right, it's a problem with the hosting company.
  9. While searching for the problem we found a strange error message on https://www.nospy.ch/info/blog/ How to mortify the page so that it is our website and not your website in the link?
  10. Hello, You are right we had banned the server, because there was suspicious activity. 😅 The problem is solved.
  11. It is incomprehensible if I install the old version 4.6, there is no problem with version 4.7 is this error. if I use this erroneous URL https://www.nospy.ch/info/blog/ If I use this work fine https://www.nospy.ch/info/sitemap.php But in the CPAdmin interface I have an error. I have disabled the offline mode, it does not change anything. I deleted all .HTACCESS no improvement.
  12. I have the impression that there is confusion. The website is online but closed to the public through the functionality provided for this purpose in IPS. Here is a demonstration of the bug on an active website : https://files.nospy.ch/xyz/BUG/IPS/2023-0505-Sitemap.mp4 PS Sorry for the previous message it happens that I click a button and I do not manage to find how to delete and there is no option to say cancel.
  13. Bad Crawler/Membre: I followed your advice and created a topic Bug Sitemap: I don't have this kind of problem with my other sites. Just connect to the website, you will see by yourself the sitemap functionality is not usable.
  14. The problem with the sitemap is still present even with version 4.7.10
