  2. Its a jpg, i just did a test post with an image that works fine its only when I try to upload the profile image is when I get this error

  4. OK thanks, I ran the updates that fixed the issues with icons and menu items Just need to move the content over to the new s3 bucket. It says the site can copy it in a background process but im not sure if it will remove anything from the old buckets or just make a copy.
  5. The version was not the same running updates Some applications are not compatible with the core. You need to upgrade all applications in the suite, otherwise the following applications will be disabled: __app_cloud __app_convert

  7. Hello everyone, we are trying to get a test install up and running but I have ran into a few issues I requested a backup of the site files and DB from invision. The sites data is stored on S3 I downloaded a copy of the invision software and uploaded the zip to my doc root, files exacted, a new MySQL DB was created and data imported created a conf_global.php in the doc root updated with the local MySQL DB credentials and site URL. plugins & applications folder dropped in the doc root as well. The site comes up with what I would think are minor issues, some icons are not showing and menu items. The site is pulling everything from the S3 buckets set on the live site. we will use a s3 compatible storage providers new bucket added to test site. My main question is would the software move or copy over all of the site data to the new bucket once I change the location because I don't want any data lost on the live site or should I upload the data to the new s3 compatible bucket manually? The next question is this what is the correct way to restore from a cloud instants backup to self-hosted? All help will be greatly appreciated

When we re-established connection with aws it said it was moving all the images. I tried for over 3 months to resolve this with AWS and got nowhere. They wanted my old account number and I don't know what it was. I can't recover the account because I changed my email address with them (jimkeypro@gmail.com) so when I try it sends me an email to confirm back to the one I no longer have!!!!
  10. We can currently post pictures and videos but all the history going back before the beginning of March this year to 2005 is gone.
  11. When you click on a link accordingly it says "Not valid" or doesn't come up.
  12. All PDF's, Pictures and videos. InVision is hosting my data as we established from a long chat with InMotion assistance.
  13. I am really lost and searching for help. My website, Keypro.com, about 6 months ago lost all the history regarding pictures and videos. I use you and Inmotion for my website so I am asking for help regardless of cost to try to resolve this. I am not sure if it would be this support or the other. I have several hundred members and am losing them due to this issue. So can some one reach out from here by phone or email to help me research this? Desperate!!

  16. I am going to chime in on this and say we are having the same issues. Images attached directly to a Post is missing, as well profile images.

  18. It is attached to a topic. Nothing we have is being deleted. I had someone upload an attachment and right after tried to view and we get the same error. Now I am getting reports that users are unable to attach anything to topics now. We are hosted with Invision, so I am not sure what to do from here.

  20. Company is no longer around. Data has been migrated already we just need it removed. Anytime we try to remove it we just get an error and out site hosted through Invision.
  21. We're getting an error and we're assuming it's because of an old outdated application that is not PHP8 compliant. We've tried removing it but it will not delete.
  22. I am not sure then because it is not showing up on our website.
  23. I have the Online today plug in and it is showing on our site. Do I need to make some changes to it besides enabling it?
