Yes, we have changed ownership. So the best thing is to buy a new licence then? All should be sorted then with a new license code? How to proceed without interruption, as we are moving server as we speak. I seem not be able to purchase a new license with my current login. And we would like to keep the branding removal and the existing months (expiring in Oct/Now)?

The test install on previous owners subdomain site hasn't existed for months! So Today we uploaded the software there again, trying to remove it in client area - still it shows up as a test url and i can't remove it. Please advise as we can't test on new hosting url. What to do now? Remove it from the old test subdomain again? Remove the test subdomain again completely?

We are in the middle of a server move, and database is huge and asset storage is huge. @Marc Stridgen we are in trouble, as we only have read access to former owner's server, so can't fiddle too much on old server, and we are getting this error. Possible to get a temporary license code while moving as it would be so much easier for us?
