My system log is full of errors "Error: Failed opening required" Mainly "The log entry was triggered by a guest (00 Visitors)" please have a look at my system log and advise how to address those issues.

Hi, in my ACP settings i always choose to Delete content submitted already , and this was working fine recently i noticed that members are marked as spammers , but contents are not deleted

i sent the request to server team but it seems to me that “set up a cron job for my tasks” may not be a generic request. , i assume i may need to provide them with some specific info abiout those tasks ? and if yes what specific info should i provide them ?

They say that the server log has no such errors , and the only error is this : [02-Apr-2022 02:56:28 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home/office4a/public_html/ib/datastore/widget_activeUsers_to6h1e0kj_d29ab5bf3ccac0152dd356a1873673f9.107420587f.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74 /root/usr/share/pear') in /home/office4a/public_html/ib/system/Data/Store/FileSystem.php on line 105 and that file does not exist is there a way that i can extract those errors your refer to and share it with them

Different IP
Because I am in a remote location, I do not have access to FTP as I only have my work laptop, and server CPannel is also not accessible due to changing IPs It seems the current network is unstable. will try to edit the constants.php file when I return to home Is there any other easier solution without server access to overcome this when I am on a new network? Can I leave this edit valid and not remove it to overcome similar situations?

I oppened the system Log from CP I am not an expert , but many of recent errors are related to Guests The log entry was triggered by a guest (00 Visitors)

Dedicated Server The hosting team continuously confirms that the server site is ok and that permissions and settings are correct! Not sure what to do They continuously reply that everything is fine on the server side while you confirm that there is an issue with the server. Can you please provide more guidance about what they should do, what they should check, or any information that the software uses to write to those folders that they should be aware of?

Hi, The last time i checked the cloud offers, it was not offering suitable options for large database and storage requirements. That was long time ago. Meanwhile , I conveyed your reply to the server team again Is there any further specific guidance related to the software requirements or this issue that I can ask them to check or do?

Hi I converyed all your replies to server support team and this is the latest reply from there side: Kindly be informed that as per your request, the current permissions for the mentioned directories are 777 and it is writable. Although setting the permissions to 777 exposes a significant security risk, as it allows unrestricted access to your files. i will revert to 755 for now please advise on any other actions that i can do I kept the server support team informed about all your replies , and they cannot define anythign preventing writing to the uplod folder
