  1. Hello Invision Community Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am currently running Invision Community Version 4.7.20 and planning to test the latest update before applying it to my live site. To ensure everything functions smoothly, I intend to clone my live forum to a subdomain, which will serve solely as a staging environment for internal testing. Since this test site will not be publicly accessible, I would like to ask if it is possible to obtain a free license key for the subdomain. This would allow me to thoroughly test the updates and ensure compatibility before implementing them on my live forum. I appreciate any guidance you can provide and look forward to your response. Thank you!

    Thank you, Dear Ryan Ashbrook. I wish to retain my primary domain. However, I require an additional license for my subdomain. As previously mentioned, this will facilitate testing of new functionalities and upgrades to the IPS Community versions before implementing them in the live application.

    Hello, I would like to inquire whether it is possible to obtain a license for my staging domain. I intend to use "stage.mydomain.com" for testing and upgrading new IPS Community versions before applying them to the live app. However, please note that the staging domain will not be live. Could you please provide a free-of-charge license for this purpose? My primary domain is "https://forum.pattaya-addicts.com/", and my staging domain will be "https://stageforum.pattaya-addicts.com/". Thank you.

    Thank you, Marc Stridgen. I've forced all members to reset their passwords, but despite this, the same spam issue persists. Even after all members have reset their passwords, spam continues to come from numerous accounts.

    Since the upgrade, our forum has been inundated with spam posts originating from our members' accounts. It appears that these spammers are utilizing our members' accounts to submit posts containing spam URLs. Despite our implementation of hCaptcha, the issue persists unabated. This influx of spam posts is not only disruptive but also undermines the integrity and usability of our forum for our genuine members. It is imperative that we find a solution to this problem promptly to maintain the quality of our platform and user experience. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and implementing measures to mitigate the occurrence of such spam posts in the future. If there are any further details or actions required from my end to facilitate this process, please do not hesitate to let me know.
  6. After cloning my app to the new server, I encountered an error when attempting to make any posts. However The PHP version on the new server matches the one on the old server, but the database version is newer. The old database on the previous server was MariaDB 10.4.20, while the new server is running MariaDB 10.5.24. The error message I received is as follows: INSERT INTO `ibf_forums_topics` (`start_date`, `last_post`, `starter_id`, `starter_name`, `last_real_post`, `last_poster_id`, `last_poster_name`, `forum_id`, `approved`, `state`, `views`, `pinned`, `featured`, `is_future_entry`, `posts`, `topic_queuedposts`, `topic_hiddenposts`, `publish_date`, `title`, `title_seo`, `poll_state`) VALUES (1708566230, 1708566230, 196041, 'mido', 1708566230, 196041, 'mido', 55, 1, 'open', 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1708566230, 'test.', 'test', NULL) IPS\Db\Exception: Field 'cache_sm' doesn't have a default value (1364) /applications/forums/sources/Topic/Topic.php(1560): IPS\Patterns\_ActiveRecord->save() /applications/forums/sources/Topic/Topic.php(598): IPS\Content\_Item->processForm() /system/Content/Item.php(420): IPS\forums\_Topic->processForm() /system/Content/Item.php(150): IPS\Content\_Item::createFromForm() /applications/forums/modules/front/forums/forums.php(645): IPS\Content\_Item::create() /system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(107): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\_forums->add() /init.php(934) : eval()'d code(31): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute() /system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(153): IPS\forums\modules\front\forums\ignoretopics_hook_forumController->execute() /index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run() Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you for your help.
  7. I have attempted to build a page using a page builder, but I'm encountering an issue. Despite my efforts, the custom blocks on the homepage are not appearing on the frontend. Instead, there is just empty space. Could you please assist in resolving this?
  8. Thank you dear Jim M for your perfect support. I have another issue and I need your help. Now, my home page is showing blank. It was fine before updating my forum. However, here is my page content: <div class='ipsLayout ipsLayout_withright ipsLayout_largeright'> <div class='ipsLayout_right'> {block="portal_articles_link"} {block="portal_mini_calendar"} {block="portal_recent_articles"}<br /> {block="portal_status_updates"} {block="portal_recent_files"}<br /> {block="portal_recent_entries"} </div> <div class='ipsLayout_content'> {block="latest_gallery_images"}<br /> {block="portal_recent_topics"} </div> </div>
  9. Upon reviewing my error logs, I have identified a recurring PHP fatal error related to the resyncLastComment() method in the _Records class within the cms module. [Sun Feb 11 14:06:23.231616 2024] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 21200:tid 140579639748352] [client 194.233.96.118:0] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\\cms\\_Records::resyncLastComment() must be compatible with IPS\\Content\\_Item::resyncLastComment(?IPS\\Content\\Comment $comment = null) in public_html/applications/cms/sources/Records.php on line 2030' [Sun Feb 11 14:06:23.480473 2024] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 21200:tid 140579522250496] [client 82.37.100.57:0] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\\cms\\_Records::resyncLastComment() must be compatible with IPS\\Content\\_Item::resyncLastComment(?IPS\\Content\\Comment $comment = null) in public_html/applications/cms/sources/Records.php on line 2030' I have attempted to resolve the issue by adjusting the resyncLastComment() method in the _Records class to match the parent class's method signature, as per the error message. However, the error persists despite these adjustments. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you
  10. Following the upgrade to Invision Community Version 4.7.15, the entire forum is presenting blank pages. However, upon disabling the Pages 4.7.15 application, the forums load as fine. Assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
  11. Thank you, Jim M. As I mentioned earlier, I have attempted to download and upload the file, overwriting it with the current files, but the issue persists even after reinstalling the entire software. Regarding the file system, I am confident it is configured for my new server. It was functioning without any problems before updating to the latest version. However, upon investigating the database, I discovered that many tables still point to the old server path. I find it puzzling how my application worked seamlessly for almost a year with the new server path, and after the latest update, it reverted my database to the old server. thank you
  12. I need your help, please. After updating to Invision Community Version 4.7.14, I encountered two issues: Some of the source files for Invision Community have been modified. I downloaded the files and uploaded them to my software, but unfortunately, there was no improvement. I also tried reinstalling the software, but the issue persists. The second issue is related to the image path. I moved my app from AWS to another server over a year ago, and the website has been working without any problems. However, after the latest update, the images on my pages still point to the old server, which is very strange. I've searched my database for any tables containing the old server path, but everything appears to be in order. Interestingly, when I manually search for images in my "Uploads" folders, the images load normally. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving these issues.
  13. i tried every 20 min , but still get the same error
  14. please helps , i get this error , i have tried to add my license key , but still the same
  15. Thank you for your fast response. It's not the same users; it happens with different users.
  16. I don't think the issue is caused by users clicking multiple times to create a post. I have personally tried clicking multiple times to create a post, and the system responds from the first click. Additionally, I have not experienced any lag when posting at all. I have also temporarily disabled third-party items to allow your users to test, but the issue persists. Please note that these issues occur often and then disappear afterward.
  17. Still the same , some posts get duplicated 5 times
  18. Thank you, dear Marc Stridgen, for your fast response. Actually, it's working fine for me when I test it on my end. However, members' posts are still getting duplicated. As I informed you, I have disabled all third-party plugins for a few days to see if it will fix the issue or not, but some member posts still get duplicated.
  19. Hello I am writing to report an issue regarding duplicated member posts in my Invision Community forum. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Description of the Issue: For some unknown reason, member posts in my forum are getting duplicated. It appears that when a member submits a post, it is being replicated and displayed multiple times within the same thread. This issue persists even after disabling all plugins, and I am currently using the Dufflaut theme. System Information: Invision Community Version: 4.7.10 , PHP Version: 8.1.18 Steps Taken: I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by disabling all plugins, but the duplication problem persists. I am currently using the Dufflaut theme. Please investigate this matter and provide guidance on how to resolve the duplicated member posts issue. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. If you require any additional information or access to my forum for troubleshooting purposes, please let me know, and I'll be glad to provide the necessary details. Thank you for your attention and support.

Here is some record of system detections. 1- Restrictions manually changed by member : Banned. 2- User registered. Spam Defense checked and returned score 1. please let me know what the problems is , also i need to know if possible to set up reCAPTCHA for logged members when they submit or reply post thank you
