I'm seeing a large number of errors by the system and the error message doesn't make much sense to me.

My logs are full of the same errors.

Mostly from guest visitors accessing pages with no permissions.

Yeah it all guest attempting to do something they shouldn't do. Sadly i jumped from 4,000 errors to nearly 20,000 errors and 110 Mb today alone. My log files are getting huge. I've set my prune logs to 7 days so it cannot choke my server out.

Are you using any custom templates in Pages Databases? Seems templates may not have been generated for them here causing this error when accessing it.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

Have no idea what that is or how to create it or if it was created?

I just did this a few weeks ago when I attempted to install 5.0.4 and it failed.

Just to add more to this possibly EVENTS are missing. They show up on the application list and menus but creates an error to open the URL it just errors out and heads for the support button.

Without access to your installation, it's not possible to take a look at this for you. What issue are you having with updating information in the client area? Does this work if you enable events in your admin CP?

Ok. What are you trying to gain access to? I ran back and hunted for user access to the site and found the old one.

Enabled, but the link just produces an error message as shown above picture.

We're trying to login to your site and look at the error in question so we can troubleshoot it. We need access in order to do that. Currently, the credentials are invalid.
